Cancellations

If you change your mind and contact me via the contact form within 24 hours of purchase, I can accept an order cancellation for any reason.

Change of address

If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact me via the contact form within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise all shipping details are final and cannot be changed.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final after 24 hours of order confirmation. Due to being a one-woman small business start-up, returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as 'change of mind', 'wrong item ordered' etc. once 24 hours have passed. 

However, if there is a problem with your purchase, we can find a solution as detailed below.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please send a picture with your order details via the contact form. Then a replacement or credit can potentially be provided, depending on the situation.

Lost order

If your order has been sent on a tracked shipping service and is lost, please get in touch with your order details via the contact form. Then a replacement or credit can potentially be provided. However, if tracked shipping was not selected, the shipping is out of my control.
